It Was Never About
Starting Another Brokerage.
It was about building the brokerage we believed should exist.
Before real estate, Jared spent nearly a decade in construction and ran an exterior finishing company. Allison saw the potential for something more and encouraged him to enter real estate in 2014. The beginning was anything but easy. There were cold calls, door knocking, debt, uncertainty and a short return to construction when the business had not yet found its footing.
The turning point came through better systems, genuine mentorship and a higher standard of execution. Production grew from one transaction in three months to more than 50 in a year. Over the years that followed, Jared and Allison built a business grounded in local knowledge, direct communication, strong negotiation and a relentless commitment to their clients.
